Isabella's bedroom. Although there is more I could add to this, I think I have done enough decorating.....for now!!!! Her room is an odd shape, but we have stories at one end in the odd bit near her bed and nursery rhymes throughout the rest. So we start on the wall where the doorway is and prgoress round with all the nursery rhymes. They were all made out of sugar paper and then stuck together pretty much in layers, and then I covered them in sticky backed plastic to protect them a bit....hence the shine!

And now the 'story corner'.

It was only a small wall, but that's what I they look like all together.

These are the 2 'ends' of the room with all their pictures on them.





There are still a few areas to cover, such as the cupboard door and the space above her cot, which I am sure I shall get to!

A few random shots that we've taken over the last few weeks - been a bit behind getting things on here, sorry!

Just soooo cute!

 This is when we knew she was feeling 100% better after her bad stomach bug - helping herself to the biscuits and chomping them down as quickly as possible - appetite returned!

This was a Daddy day, he seemed to like the idea of using her belt to try and control the hair - she was less impressed!

And we are giving standing up all on our own a go!! This was taken a few weeks ago and we are much better now, although she still feels it is more of a game then anything else, still drops down forwards or backwards on purpose, and is still just as easily distracted by toys!

Isabella's activity table finally arrived after a very long wait, and as you can see she absolutely loves it! She spends hours walking round and round it, pressing the buttons, opening the crocodile, playing the music and throwing the balls down the chute and then finding which leg it popped out of!! A very happy baby, a very happy Mummy and Daddy and an excellent buy!!!

Isabella in her new dressing gown - which is a little too big like most things, but that just means there's room to grow!

Clearly the best place to be is under the table, and trying, unsuccessfully, to get Daddy to give her some food!

A new toy!!! A lovely little hand-me-down from a lady at work. Isabella was not keen at first, but now she's in the swing of it she loves it. Still needs to work out how to get on and off herself, but the rest is sorted!

Busted!
These were taken over the Christmas holidays, but thought I'd put them on! Isabella was in the sitting room playing whilst I was finishing the sterilising. After a while I realised it was VERY quiet in the other room so went to investigate. She had got hold of the half packet of biscuits left on the coffee table and was sat down having a good old munch, despite having just finished breakfast! She'd managed to get a couple of biscuits out of the wrapper, had one in each hand and was scoffing them down, very pleased with herself and wasn't at all impressed when I took them off her!
