We had a great day out at the 999 Open day last week. The kids absolutely loved it and Matteo was beyond happy when he saw how many nee-naws there were in one place. He doesn't like ambulances any more though as we walked right in front of one when they turned the siren on...they are loud!!! So he refused to go in anything, but Isabella was in and out of all the police cars, ambulances and fire engines!!! 

Who doesn't love a good fishing game?!!! Well, this definitely keeps them quiet for a while and Matteo is very good at getting around the moving fish....he cheats!!! Isabella just gets frustrated and eventually manages to catch one properly! They always ask for this game though.

So these pictures are from ages ago....again! But as I have now uploaded most of them from my phone to the computer I can actually start putting them on here again!!! So we had a scorcher of a day and decided to have some fun with the water - the kids loved painting the floor and the walls and then Matteo just used the jug to empty the bucket rather than splash in it!!

But it led on to creating a 'water feature'! Which they absolutely LOVED playing with.....until the bigger boys on the avenue basically used it as target practice for their football skills and as a result is was completely destroyed....but they enjoyed playing with it...the one time for the few hours it survived!!! Oh well!
