Having cuddles with her lovely Halla Enkeleda who very kindly accompanied me and Isabella to Albania on the bus as Daddy had to go on another plane!
And the first of many cuddles, songs and dancing with Baba.
Ahhh, the first glimpse on sunshine after about 5 days of rain!
The best form of entertainment, goes with you everywhere and you never loose them.....your own fingers!!!!
Playing/dancing with Nona in the sunshine. Isabella loved the sunshine, and although this was just a brief visit from the sunshine, we appreciated it.
And the travels begin.....
All set and ready to go, despite the fact that it is 4 o'clock in the morning Isabella is awake, dressed and smiling away!
Airports are extremely interesting places for little girls, and Mummy thought Isabella would be sleeping....should have known she's far too nosy for that!!
Well we are back safe and sound! We have had a lovely holiday, and Isabella has been the best baby anyone could ever ask for. She has taken the entire trip in her stride and with a big smile on her face throughout. She was as good as gold on the plane and didn't make a sound, after a small cry at the beginning of the bus ride (which lets face it we all wanted to do at the thought of 12 hours on it with the tv on really loudly) she slept the entire time, she was passed to every stranger who came to the house, she was covered in kisses, she survived the heat (which got up to 39 degrees in Greece) she slept in different places, she has been to school and is starting to teeth and she has loved every minute of it and has stuck to her routine and remained a happy content baby!! In fact I think she's going to be bored at home with just Mummy now!!!We have taken loads of photos which I will sort though and start posting, once I have unpacked, put the washing on, cleaned the house and gone shopping.....looks like it may start from tomorrow then!!!
As you may, or may not know, we are heading off on happy holidays! We leave tomorrow morning on a very early flight (didn't really think that one through!!) and we will be going to Albania for 4 weeks, and then Greece for a week. It shouold be a really good holiday, and if nothing else at least we have some guaranteed sunshine for a while!!! We shall be taking lots of photos and videos whilst we are there but it is doubtful that I will be able to put anything on here during our stay, obviously if I can then I will, but if not then the silence is due to holidaying and be prepared for the onslaught when we get back!!!
Great Grandpa's 90th Birthday party.
We all had lots of fun and I got soooo much attention from all of Great Granny and Grandpa's friends. I got to meet everyone else in my family and had plenty of cuddles off people. I was very good and smiled at everyone I could lay my eyes on which meant they all smiled back at me, so I smiled some more!!! Then I helped Daddy prop up the bar for a while before we left!!
